Social Media – Rexdale

Voices of Diversity is a documentary film produced by the Rexdale Community Health Centre in Ontario, Canada. This project is funded by the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program.

When voices of diversity share wisdom, those speaking and those listening are both empowered. Storytelling has been a way of preserving history, sharing wisdom, building community and connecting people throughout the ages. It encourages the active imagination of those listening and moves us to a deeper sense of connection.

A digital literacy event created by Rexdale Community Health Centre Seniors In this video the seniors share guidance and advice for seniors about using smartphones, downloading helpful apps, and getting value out of digital devices.

In this weeks class, we learn another high intensity interval training routine and how to how to perform with proper form for maximum function and to build a strong body. In this lesson, the focus is on short bursts of intense exercise combined with low-intensity recovery periods.

The Virtual Fit Squad is an all male fitness class for youth aged 13 to 24 facilitated by Michael Acheampong.
